Technical review
We review specifications, availability, documentation needs, and trade-term assumptions. We may ask focused follow-up questions before quoting.
Quotation
Where feasible, we issue a consolidated quotation with the quoted model, quantity, price basis, lead-time estimate, trade-term basis, and document status.
Order & delivery
If commercial terms are confirmed in writing, we coordinate the agreed sourcing, production schedule, export documents, and shipment steps.
